Participation alone does not make a mover Knowve Verified. Verified movers must agree to the Knowve standard and continue meeting expectations for quoting, communication, customer permission, and professional conduct. Verified status can be reviewed or removed when those standards are not maintained.
A mover may participate in the Knowve marketplace, but credibility must be earned through behavior.

That may include your inventory, estimated volume, box count, packing choices, bulky items, pickup and delivery access, route, timing, and unresolved questions.
Clearer quoting does not mean ignoring new information.
A responsible mover may discover something that was missing or unclear—a forgotten room, additional inventory, a packing change, a bulky item, or an access condition. The mover may refine the estimate or recommend another walkthrough. The Knowve standard is that the reason should be explained clearly.
The problem is not an estimate changing when the facts change. The problem is a price changing without a clear explanation.
You decide when your information is shared.
Knowve does not automatically send your information to moving companies. When you request mover options, your move details may be shared only for the quote or matching experience you approved.

You do not need hundreds of names. You need a manageable number of better-aligned options working from clearer information.
Verified is something a mover must maintain.
Knowve Verified is built around ongoing standards, not permanent approval. Customer feedback, quote consistency, communication, explained changes, and cooperation with issue reviews can all inform whether a mover continues to meet the standard.
Repeated misleading behavior, unexplained price changes, misuse of customer information, or failure to cooperate can affect Verified status.
What Verified means—and what it does not
Knowve Verified means:
- The mover meets Knowve’s participation requirements
- The mover agrees to quote from clearer move details
- The mover agrees to communicate and explain changes
- The mover agrees to respect customer permission
- The mover is accountable to one customer-first standard
Knowve Verified does not mean:
- Every move will be perfect
- An estimate can never change
- Knowve controls the moving company
- Every unknown condition has already been discovered
- A Verified mover replaces the customer’s responsibility to review the final written quote and agreement
